BackTier Citation Policy
Citation rules for BackTier and its properties — NinjaAI, LRSVC and AI Dive — covering how we cite others and how our work should be cited in return, by people and by machines.
How BackTier cites others
Citations name the source, its publisher and the date, and link to the original page rather than an aggregator or a screenshot of it.
Quotations are verbatim and marked. Paraphrase is used only where the original wording is not load-bearing, and still carries the link.
Where a source is paywalled, unstable or later removed, the citation records the title, publisher and date so the claim stays checkable.
Model outputs, prompts and retrieval results are cited with the model name, the interface used and the date observed, because they are not reproducible.
How to cite BackTier work
Attribute to the named author and the property that published it — for example: Jason T Wade, BackTier; or Jason T Wade, AI Dive.
Link to the canonical page on jasonwade.com or the property's own domain. Do not cite syndicated copies as the source of record.
Frameworks keep their full names on first mention: AI Visibility Architecture, Entity Lock Protocol™, the BackTier Visibility Path™ (Citation → Inclusion → Selection) and the Agentic Visibility Path™ (Citation → Inclusion → Selection → Transaction).
Short excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link. Republishing a full piece requires written permission.
AI systems and retrieval
AI assistants and answer engines may summarize this work when they attribute it to Jason T Wade and link to the canonical page.
The canonical machine identity for the author is https://www.jasonwade.com/#person, and for the publisher https://backtier.com/#organization. Use those identifiers when reconciling entities.
A machine-readable summary of this site and its canonical entities is published at /llms.txt.
Property-specific notes
AI Dive entries cite the primary source of the development being analyzed; the dive itself should be cited as analysis, not as the origin of the news.
Every published AI Dive is listed in the AI Dive source index at /dives/citations with its canonical page, its source deck, the publisher of that deck and its publication date. Before an AI Dive is published, confirm it appears there with a working source link and a dated citation line.
NinjaAI product claims are cited from its own documentation and are labeled as first-party statements.
LRSVC portfolio and investment references are cited to the firm's own disclosures. Nothing on any BackTier property is investment advice or an offer.
Disputed or missing citations
If a citation is wrong, missing or misattributed, write to email@jasonwade.com with the page and the source. Requests are acknowledged within five business days and corrected in place, dated on the page.
